Recipe: Smoked Halibut & Horseradish Spread

SMOKED HALIBUT & HORESRADISH SPREAD

6 ounces Smoked Halibut
1/4 cup cream cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons minced onion
1 tablespoon extra-hot horse-
radish (more if desired)
1 clove garlic, minced or
pressed
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Tabasco

Stir ingredients together until well-blended, transfer to a serving dish and serve with a basket of toasted baguettes or assorted crackers.

Recipe Note: Smoked Salmon may be used in place of Halibut.
